Today marks the six month anniversary for Coolvibe! Back in November 2009 we started as an art blog showcasing digital art, and have since grown to over 500,000 monthly visitors. Here are some interesting stats for the six month period:
- 385 posts
- 1300 images
- 1450 comments
- 1.6 million unique visitors
- 4.1 million pageviews
- 75% of users use Firefox (Chrome is second with 12%)
- 70% visitors come from the US (Canada is second with 15%)

This site is quickly becoming a favorite of mine not in small part thanks to the frequency of updates. Keep up the good work!
As for features, not much pops into mind. It’s simple, and I love it that way! Perhaps some form of rating system? Or sorting lists, for number of views or rating.

CoolVibe is a daily stop for me and a bunch of guys at the office. Love the art.
Really I love CV just the way it is but if you’re going to expand the features I like The Emerald Cat’s idea of a rating system. Always fun to see how many other people liked a particular piece. Also, a way to save the images we really like into a favorites gallery would be really great. That would require a lot of work to set up user accounts etc. though.
I love this site, and visit it daily!
